- Track expenses, pay vendors and provide
reports, bids and invoices in a timely manner

- List the property on the local MLS and
execute the marketing exposure system
- Conduct monthly status report and monthly marketing reports

Complete Offer is reviewed for all pages and proof of financial
qualifications
- Supervise and report on the progress of
the escrow and buyer until closing
